- OneDrive cloud storage (1 TB per user)
- SharePoint team sites
- Microsoft Forms, To Do, Lists, Planner, Visio for web, Microsoft Loop
- Clipchamp video editor, Sway, Bookings
- Security: Baseline anti-spam and anti-malware only — no Safe Links, no Safe Attachments, no Defender for Office 365 Plan 1
What’s NOT Included
Business Standard lacks the security and device-management features that come with Business Premium:
- No Microsoft Defender for Business (endpoint protection)
- No Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Plan 1 (Safe Links, Safe Attachments)
