Support & booking

Something broken today? Book an hour.

No contract required. You describe the problem, you get an estimate before the work starts, and the work is tracked closely to that estimate. Remote first when it can be solved remotely, on-site when it cannot.

  • Remote $175/hr
  • On-site $200/hr incl. trip time
  • Two hour minimum on-site

Rates

What hourly support costs.

Straight hourly billing — one hour minimum remote, two hour minimum on-site. For anything larger than a single visit you get an estimate upfront, and the work is tracked closely to it.

Remote support

$175/hour

One hour minimum. Software problems, Microsoft 365 issues, email trouble, and configuration work are usually solved this way — often same day.

On-site support

$200/hour

Two hour minimum, and the rate includes trip time. For cabling, hardware, network equipment, and anything that needs hands in the building.

On-site appointment policy

Please have someone available to greet us at the scheduled time. If we cannot reach anyone when we arrive, we call and wait up to 15 minutes before rescheduling.

In that case, the trip time plus the 15-minute wait is billed at the regular rate. It is a rare situation and easy to avoid — a quick heads-up if your day changes is all it takes.

Typical calls

What people call about.

A sample of the hourly work that comes in most weeks. If you are not sure which category you are in, call and describe it.

01

Email and Microsoft 365

Mail not sending or receiving, licensing confusion, a compromised account, sharing that stopped working, or a new employee who needs access today.

02

Computers and setup

A machine that will not boot, a laptop crawling along, a new computer that needs files and applications moved over, or a printer nobody can reach.

03

Network and internet

Dropouts, weak wireless coverage, new lines or equipment, guest access, and getting the network back after an outage or an ISP change.

How a call goes

From your phone call to solved.

  1. 01

    You describe the problem

Call 405-252-9691 or book an appointment online. Tell me what happened, what changed, and how urgent it is.

  2. 02

    You get an estimate

Before work starts you get a realistic estimate of the time involved and whether it can be handled remotely or needs an on-site visit.

  3. 03

    The work gets done

Remote sessions usually start quickly. On-site visits are scheduled with the trip time included in the on-site rate.

  4. 04

    Follow-up

You get a plain-language summary of what was wrong, what was done, and anything worth addressing before it becomes the next call.

Response

What calling looks like from the other side.

Craig responded quickly to my initial call. Service was great and solved my problem. He also did great follow-up to make sure my issue was solved. Highly recommend this company.

Because the Internet provider I’m going through does the bare minimum… I called OK Computer in a panic needing business Internet to work asap… Ended up having him set me up for getting lines dropped in with same day service — in fact, it was done within 3 hours! I couldn’t believe it. Please call OK Computer for any of your needs — highly HIGHLY recommend!

Questions

Booking details.

Do you charge a minimum?
Yes — one hour minimum on remote support, two hour minimum on on-site support.
Does the on-site rate include driving?
Yes. The $200/hour on-site rate includes trip time, so there is no separate mileage or travel line to decode.
Can you help without a service contract?
Yes. Hourly break-fix support is available to any Oklahoma City metro business, whether or not you use managed IT.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just call. Rescheduling ahead of time is never a problem — the only billed wait is when nobody is available to greet us at a scheduled on-site appointment.
