Three ways to work together

Pick the level of help you actually need.

Most businesses start with one project, then move to ongoing support once they see how it goes.

01

Managed IT

Ongoing proactive care for your computers, network, and Microsoft 365 tenant so problems get caught before they cost you a day.

  • Monitoring and maintenance
  • Patching and updates
  • Backup you can restore from
  • Microsoft 365 administration
02

Projects

Scoped work with a clear start and finish: migrations, new tenants, network builds, surveillance, remote access, upgrades, and more.

  • Email and Microsoft 365 migrations
  • UniFi network design and install
  • Surveillance systems
  • DNS, remote access, Windows upgrades
03

Break-fix support

Something is broken and you need it fixed. Hourly, estimated upfront, tracked closely to that estimate.

  • Remote support $175/hour
  • On-site support $200/hour
  • Two hour minimum on-site
  • Estimate before the work starts

Why OK Computer

A local IT partner, not a call center.

Small businesses get stuck between two bad options: a national help desk that does not know your setup, or a nephew who is busy with his day job.

OK Computer is the third option. You get one accountable IT professional who learns your environment, documents it, and answers the phone when something goes wrong. The person scoping the work is the person doing the work, so estimates are realistic and nothing gets lost in a handoff.

That means direct communication in plain language, an honest estimate before we start, and documentation you keep — passwords, network layout, licenses, and how things are configured. If you ever move on, you take that with you.

What that looks like in practice

  • One support phone number, one support email address, one person
  • Estimates given upfront and tracked closely
  • Cyber awareness training for your staff, not just software
  • Written documentation of your environment
  • Suggestions when a process can be simplified
