Error - Remote Desktop Connection - The selected user credential requires that local smart card and "Windows Hello for Business" devices be made available to the remote session.

Problem

When trying to sign-in to RightWorks Remote Desktop Connection, you see the following error.

Remote Desktop Connection - The selected user credential requires that local smart card and "Windows Hello for Business" devices be made available to the remote session.

Solution

Make sure you are signing-in with your RightWorks username and password and NOT your Face, Fingerprint, or Windows Hello PIN.
